Sprint, Foxconn, And Comcast Named In America's Most Hated Companies Poll

Sprint's had a rocky few years. While I'm on the phone I can't use the internet, I can't count how many times I had to look something up on the Internet on my phone while I was speaking to someone and I couldn't do it. This is a function every cell phone company offers except Sprint.

Over the next few days, I hope to share more of my reporting and thoughts with readers on this blog and that explains why Sprint Nextel has consistently delivered the worst customer service of the U.S. wireless industry, which arguably means the worst customer in America given that cell phone providers consistently rank at the bottom of industry customer satisfaction surveys.

Sprint customer service department is completely useless, unknowledgeable and they don't tell the truth. Sprint International Connect: Call & Text - For $15 per month, you can enjoy calls to more than 60 countries with no per-minute fees. In the 2013 J.D. Power Customer Experience Survey , Sprint fell to third place, with many customers' service affected by the tumultuous changes at the head of the company - a merger with Softbank and the acquisition of Clearwire.

I got home, called Sprint, was told hold on they will get someone to call me back to work this out. Sprint customers don't have to worry about data deprioritization during network congestion at the beginning of their billing cycle, for example. I have been a customer for over 14 years I called on July 6, 2018 and was told I would be able to enroll in your military plan $55 the first line, $25 the second line and $15 each additional.

1 line has a broke phone which will be upgradeable in 7 months so rather than spend unnecessary money we would like to jus upgrade the phone by paying it off and sprint give us the credits due so we can move on to a new phn undrr a new lease agreement which to me would be the best moving forward and financially sound so im not wasting resources.

Sprint Chief Executive Marcelo Claure told Reuters during a post-earnings call with reporters that customers will benefit from the stronger network of a combined Sprint and T-Mobile, and pricing will improve because of the network's increased capacity.

The company had a pretty rough quarter too , shedding subscribers en masse, no thanks in part to a massive billing problem that soured a lot of customers. Surely they can verify that by looking at my history for the last decade or so. Saying that 272 international calls in one month - to numbers I've never called before - fit my "pattern" is breathtakingly ludicrous.

I certainly appreciated your comments concerning Sprint customer service. That began a 2 month ordeal dealing with Sprint customer service. Customer service jobs account for close to 2,000 of the cut positions, with the remainder coming from positions at Sprint's headquarters.

When I called I was told that the only way I could pay was by credit card. Long hold times, bad customer service, no interest in customer retention. If you're worried about your credit score, consider one of the Sprint Forward plans as an alternative. Reduce services to unprofitable customers.

2 months later and 4 trips to the store, we still do not have the iPhone 7 plus and have found out that the sales rep told us incorrect information about data overages. Took four months, over 50 hours or telephone calls and letters to get rid of them. Isolated event and cellphone company announcements can sometimes have a temporary influence on how successful a customer service approach is.

Sprint's done a pretty good job of expanding its coverage and speeding up its service in metro areas over the past few years, but it still ranks behind other major providers for coverage, speed, and customer service. And when the customers choose price over quality(Walmart is a prime example), the companies will usually control costs by cutting customer service(which is expensive due to labor costs).
