Sprint (formerly known as Sprint Nextel) offers mobile phone and mobile internet service, including text messages and voice mail, to individuals and businesses. Now I'm stuck with a obsolete phone, a hefty termination fee and sorry customer service. I have been a customer since 2001 and I have given so much money to sprint and the service is no that good.

Even for unlimited text and data, Sprint gives you more for your money than anyone else—especially if you want a family plan. Call Sprints CS and you'll get a different people every time giving you a different answer every time, it's amazing, I even had one tell me she would call me right back knowing that she wouldn't and when I call back I'll get someone different.

The account was not ever closed, the phone was still active under sprint. Over five years or so, Hesse wound down the Nextel network and transitioned customers to the main Sprint network. Whoever said there's no such thing as bad publicity” is invited to explain how firing customers helped Sprint.
